No. ENG3N is neither. We're a connection platform. We do not employ anyone, supervise any engagement, negotiate any fees, or participate in any agreement between attorneys and professionals. What happens after the connection is entirely between the two parties and for the client.

ENG3N LLC is a privately owned North Carolina limited liability company. There are no investors, no outside ownership, and no third party influence over how the platform is run or how disputes are resolved.

Anyone can apply. Not everyone is approved. Applications on both sides are reviewed individually but approval is not guaranteed. ENG3N reserves the right to decline any application without explanation. We take pride in the fact that we want what's best for the client in what could be the worst season of their lives. In order to do this, some that apply, simply will not make the cut.

Yes. ENG3N isn't limited by geography. Attorneys licensed in any state may apply. Professionals located anywhere in the United States may apply. The platform operates nationally. Your case may be on the east coast but the right professional/subject matter expert/industry insider may enjoy the surf on the west coast. ENG3N is where the two can find each other.

ENG3N supports any litigation matter that benefits from industry expertise. Personal injury, commercial vehicle accidents, construction and workplace incidents, product liability, medical negligence, employment disputes, financial fraud, criminal defense, and much more. If a case has a technical or industry specific component, ENG3N was built to connect.

You'll be notified. No payment is ever collected from an applicant who isn't approved. If your application isn't accepted you're welcome to reapply if your circumstances change. ENG3N doesn't owe an explanation for every decision but we do take every application seriously before one is made.

We collect what we need to operate the platform, verify identities, process applications, and keep your membership active. That's where it ends. Your information isn't sold. It isn't traded. It isn't used for outside marketing. It isn't handed to third parties for any reason. Ever. The only people who ever see your professional profile are approved and active attorney members who are logged into the platform. The only people who ever see an attorney's membership information are the people at ENG3N who need it to administer the platform and the SME you contact. That's it. Payment information? We never see it. Not a card number. Not a bank account. Not a billing address. All payments are processed directly through Stripe, one of the most trusted payment processors in the world. ENG3N receives confirmation that payment was made. That's all. What you pay with stays between you and Stripe. We built ENG3N for professionals who value their privacy. It would make no sense to treat that privacy as a commodity so we never will.
