These terms govern the use of the ENG3N platform by all members. By applying to and joining ENG3N you agree to the terms outlined on this page. Questions may be directed to info@eng3nllc.com.
We never make your information public
All profiles on ENG3N are visible only to approved and active members. No profile, professional or attorney, is visible to the general public or anyone outside the platform.
We only collect what we need
Your name, contact information, and professional background are collected solely to verify your identity and match you with the right side of the platform. Nothing more.
Visibility is internal
Once approved and subscribed, your profile exists inside a closed ecosystem. The only people who can see it are the people who belong here.
Access is earned, not assumed
Attorneys cannot contact professionals freely. An unlock credit must be spent to reveal a professional's identity and contact information. Until that happens, profiles remain anonymous.
No selling, no spam
Your data is never sold, traded, or used for outside marketing. Not now, not ever.
Secure by design
Connection on ENG3N requires membership on both sides. There is no back door and no public access. The ecosystem is closed by design.
ENG3N Membership Terms - Zero Tolerance for Misrepresentation
By applying to and joining ENG3N you agree to provide accurate and truthful information at every stage. Your profile is visible only to approved active members on the opposite side of the platform. ENG3N reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its sole discretion and to remove any member who violates these terms without refund.
By joining ENG3N, you agree to the following:
Confidentiality is guaranteed
Your profile and contact information are never made public and are never visible outside the closed ENG3N membership ecosystem.
Membership is selective
All applications are reviewed. Approval is not guaranteed and is granted solely at ENG3N's discretion.
Accuracy is required
All information provided at application and throughout active membership must be truthful. Misrepresentation of credentials, experience, or identity is grounds for immediate removal without refund.
Payment is final
Once payment is submitted through our secure payment processor, your decision is made. No refunds will be issued under any circumstance including non-use, dissatisfaction, or early termination.
Conduct standards apply
Professional and respectful conduct is required of all members at all times. Any violation of these terms results in permanent removal without refund.
Disputes, Misrepresentation, and Review
All complaints are reviewed fairly and without prejudice. Both sides are heard before any determination is made. No member receives preferential treatment regardless of the size of their firm or the weight of their wallet.
Our Commitment to Fairness
ENG3N LLC was built on the belief that the legal process, at its best, is the most effective system of fairness ever devised by human beings. We exist to serve that process. It follows that we hold ourselves to the same standard.
Every complaint received by ENG3N will be treated as legitimate until the evidence determines otherwise. Every member accused of a violation will be notified promptly and given a full and fair opportunity to respond. No determination will be made until both sides have been heard completely and without prejudice. No member of this platform, regardless of the size of their firm, the weight of their wallet, or the prestige of their credentials, will receive preferential treatment in any review conducted by ENG3N LLC.
We understand that there are three sides to every dispute. The complainant's account. The respondent's account. And the truth. Our obligation is to the truth. Nothing else.
A lost case is not evidence of a bad expert. A dissatisfied attorney is not evidence of misconduct. A negative outcome is not, by itself, grounds for removal. What the evidence demonstrates is what governs. What the evidence demonstrates is all that governs.
ENG3N LLC reserves the sole right to make final determinations in all disputes arising from the use of this platform. Those determinations will be made deliberately, independently, and without outside influence. Once issued, they are final.
We are fair. We will always be fair. That is not a promise we make lightly. It is the foundation this platform was built on and the standard we will be held to.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any dispute arising from the use of the ENG3N platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed upon neutral arbitrator in Gaston County, North Carolina. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial and to participation in any class action arising from use of this platform. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on all parties.
