Your resume and profile are visible only inside ENG3N’s vetted recruiter network. They are not published or shared openly on the internet.

ENG3N Candidate Membership Terms - Zero Tolerance for Misrepresentation
These terms outline the responsibilities of ENG3N candidates. By requesting an invitation and joining ENG3N, you agree to provide accurate information and accept that your resume/profile will be visible within ENG3N’s vetted recruiter network. ENG3N enforces strict rules for recruiter outreach, giving you control over how and when to respond.
By joining ENG3N, you agree to the following:
Confidentiality is guaranteed
Your resume/profile is never made public. It is visible only inside ENG3N’s vetted recruiter network.
Membership is selective
Invitation requests are reviewed. ENG3N reserves the right to approve or decline applications at its sole discretion.
Candidate responsibilities
You must provide accurate, truthful information. Misrepresentation may result in removal.
Recruiter behavior is enforced
Recruiters may view profiles, but cannot contact you freely. All first contact must follow ENG3N’s First Contact Protocol™.
You control engagement
While recruiters can see your profile, you decide if, when, and how to respond.
Zero tolerance for breaches
Any recruiter who violates protocol loses access permanently.
Recruiter Access: Earned, Not Given -Access Requirements and Vetting
Recruiter access to ENG3N is a privilege, not a right. These terms explain the strict standards required for recruiters to remain in the network. All recruiter activity is continuously monitored, and any violation of the First Contact Protocol™ results in permanent removal.
Access is invite-only
Recruiter membership is limited to those who pass ENG3N’s vetting process, including proof of confidentiality and professional conduct.
Profiles are visible, not public
Candidate resumes/profiles are visible inside ENG3N but never published on the open internet.
First Contact Protocol™ governs all outreach
Recruiters cannot freely contact candidates. Every first contact must follow ENG3N’s protocol: no spam, no blasting resumes, no off-platform leaks.
Monitoring & enforcement
All recruiter activity is tracked, and any violation of protocol results in permanent removal, no second chances.
Platform boundaries
ENG3N is not a resume database to be mined. Any attempt to export, scrape, or misuse candidate data is prohibited.
Ongoing compliance
Continued access requires adherence to ENG3N’s standards and ongoing monitoring.
